Position Overview:
As a Web Developer at Blue Water Climate Control, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining our website, ensuring it reflects our brand's commitment to quality and service. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to create a user-friendly experience that effectively communicates our services and values to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and implement new website features and functionalities.
Maintain and improve the performance and responsiveness of our website.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align the website with brand strategy and SEO best practices.
Ensure the website is optimized for various devices and browsers.
Integrate customer service and project management tools into the website.
Monitor website traffic, analyze user feedback, and make recommendations for improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development for construction and service-related industries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in web development, preferably in the construction or service-related industries.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to web development.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Strong understanding of web development best practices and UX/UI principles.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
