Returns and Refunds
Order Confirmation
Thank you for your order from Blue Water Climate Control. Once we receive your order via email, we will confirm its receipt and begin processing. You will receive a follow-up email when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information and a final invoice that reflects the product cost and actual shipping charges. Your account will be billed when the order is shipped. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
Order Refusals
If you refuse delivery of an order that arrives undamaged and it is returned to Blue Water Climate Control by the shipping carrier, you will be responsible for all associated freight costs. The refused product may be returned to our facility or an approved location, and a 15% restocking fee may be applied.
Returns
Undamaged products that have already been accepted by the purchaser may not be automatically returned to Blue Water Climate Control. Any products that are damaged during shipment should be refused at delivery. If the purchaser accepts the shipment and later returns an undamaged product, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase, but a 15% restocking fee may apply.
In the event of damage occurring during shipment, it is important that the recipient notes the damage at the time of delivery. Blue Water Climate Control is not responsible for covering any damage that is not documented upon delivery. Damage claims will be filed with the shipping carrier for items noted as damaged, but there is no guarantee that claims for non-noted damages will be accepted.
Backorders
We will notify you promptly if any items in your order are on backorder. Please handle communication with your customers about potential delays as necessary.
